Lauren Westendorf | Founder & Consultant

Lauren knows admissions—and she knows teens. Her background includes evaluating thousands of applications as a college Lauren brings a rare combination of admissions expertise and deep insight into the teenage brain. With years of experience on both sides of the college process—reading applications and guiding students through them—she understands what colleges are looking for and how to help students present their most authentic, compelling selves.

Her background includes evaluating thousands of applications as a college admissions officer and working closely with high schoolers in both classroom and advisory roles. She knows how teens think, what they need, and how to build trust throughout a high-stakes process.

What sets Lauren apart is her ability to balance strategy and empathy. She makes space for self-reflection while helping students move forward with purpose.
